I Enjoyed Going to the Gym Earlier
I actually feel really good, and it felt great to work out. I did the exercise bike for an hour. The Y has these fancy, modern exercise bicycles wherein they tell you how many calories you’re burning, what your heart rate is and how long you’ve been biking for. I pedaled for an hour plus did a five-minute cooldown, burned 309 calories and my heartrate was in the 120s and 130s.
I’m going back again on Sunday morning. I’m going to get fit, I tell you.
