When I first read this article, I thought it was called Sprouts, Bacon and Eggs. And I thought, that’s a weird combination. But it could be good. But Brussels Sprouts with eggs? I don’t think so.
Then I realized that I’d read it wrong. And it sounded better. And I really like Brussels Sprouts. So maybe I’ll make this at home.
Either way, that really is one of the great things about fall. Brussels sprouts are in season. They’re good grilled and slightly burnt, with a decent amount of salt and pepper.
I wonder if they would be good roasted with a bit of parmigiano cheese on them.
